Cancellation Policy
Retainers are nonrefundable, go toward the total cost of services, and are required to secure all appointments. Cancellations require a new retainer to rebook. Clients who no-show or cancel last-minute more than twice will no longer be accepted. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
